  • The main difference between coaching and counselling is that coaching is prospective while counselling can be both prospective and retrospective.

    Although they both support your journey to a better self, coaches and counsellors may have notable differences in their methods, training, and their goals.

    Coaches and counsellors are similar because they both: 

    • want to help you create a life you feel better about

    • create an atmosphere of trust and non judgement

    • help you identify what is holding you back

    • focus around good listening and ask you good questions

    • help you become more resilient

    • want you to find your own answers that work for you

    • help you identify and work towards life goals 

    • work to help you move forward in your career, relationships, and personal life

    • help you identify your core beliefs 

    • help you reach your potential 

    • both coaches and counsellors encourage self-discovery.

  • Since I am trained in coaching and counselling, I will blend both methods.

    • The number of recommended sessions depends on your needs 


    • You can have as many or as few coaching sessions as desired


    • Some people hire a coach once every few months, some have a session once a week. It is entirely up to you.

    • For time-based goals like these, you should aim to meet your coach once a week at the minimum. So, you're looking at around 6 to 10 life coaching sessions in total.


    • Clients dealing with depression and anxiety typically experience significant improvement after 8- 20 sessions.

  • After the first free introduction session, I reflect and analyse everything and already tailor a curtain program for you, which I will explain in the next session. 

    From then on, you are free to come back and dive deeper with other concepts and techniques which I will create for you

    • We can e-meet via video calls, or simply talk on the phone

    • The sessions will easily fit around your schedule because you will choose the time slots that suit you

    • We also have the possibility to meet face to face / physically if we are in the same location

    • The best place to start biohacking your body is through nutrition, exercise and mindfulness practices. I will help you find the right content and tailor made weekly, monthly or even full year program for you

  • Your genes play an important role in your health, but so do your behaviors and your environment, such as what you eat, how active you are and how you think and behave. Epigenetics looks at how your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect how your genes work. Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible and do not alter your DNA sequence, but they can change and give a positive impact the way your body reads a DNA sequence.
